Working in the app
- Accounts with owner and admin roles. Every read and write is scoped to your account.
- Draft payment plans in USD, EUR or GBP: total, deposit and 1–36 monthly installments, calculated in whole cents so the schedule always equals the total.
- Side-by-side previews of a schedule change on draft plans, with audit history. Paid installments cannot be rewritten.
- Private, revocable customer links that open only one plan.
In the sandbox pilot
These work against Stripe test mode with test funds only:
- Your customer reviews and accepts an exact, versioned schedule.
- Due installments are issued as Stripe-hosted invoices from the merchant’s own Stripe account, payable within seven days. Repeated issue requests never create a second invoice.
- The remaining balance changes only when Stripe confirms a payment that matches the plan. Declined and authentication-required payments leave it unchanged.
No live payments have been collected. Installing Cadence from the Stripe Dashboard is not yet available.
Planned
Automatic card charging with saved-card consent, reminders, failed-payment recovery, changes to accepted plans with fresh consent, cancellation, early payoff, refunds, exports and teammate invitations.
Demo data
Seeded customers, plans and payment states in the demo are fictional. A label such as Paid (demo) is not a real transaction.
