Merchant responsibilities
The future service will administer plans through a merchant's Stripe account. Customer consent, payment authorization, disputes and plan-change terms must be defined before a test-mode pilot and reviewed before launch.
Before a public pilot
Prepare the contracting entity, applicable law, service terms, pricing, acceptable use, refund and cancellation terms, liability, support contact and customer-facing plan agreement.
