01

Schedules that add up to the cent

Enter the price, deposit, number of monthly installments (up to 36) and the first due date. Cadence splits the balance in whole cents and puts any leftover cent in the earliest installments, so the schedule always equals the agreed total. USD, EUR and GBP.

02

Customer-accepted terms

Send a private link that only opens that one plan. Your customer sees every amount, due date and payment term, then accepts that exact version. Revoke the link at any time.

03

Installments as Stripe invoices

When an installment is due, issue it as a Stripe-hosted invoice from your own Stripe account. Your customer pays on Stripe’s payment page with seven-day terms. Repeated clicks never create a second invoice.

04

A balance you can trust

Cadence confirms each payment with Stripe before it reduces the balance. Declined cards, partial credits and anything that doesn’t match the plan are flagged for review instead of counted.

05

Preview changes before they happen

Need to push a payment back or spread the balance over more months? See the current and proposed schedules side by side, with the remaining balance, before you apply anything.

06

History that can’t be rewritten

Paid installments are fixed. Every applied change keeps a snapshot of what the schedule was, who changed it and why.

Working

07

Account roles and isolation

Owners and admins manage plans. Every read and write is scoped to your account, and customer links can only ever open their own plan.
