Start with the existing plan
Open a draft plan and review its current schedule. The local change journey shows the old schedule, proposed schedule and balance so you can inspect the effect before applying it.
Change future installments
Only valid draft changes are supported. Paid demo installments must stay intact. Review dates, amounts and the total remaining balance. Invalid changes are rejected instead of silently altering the plan.
Applying a valid local draft change records audit history. It does not charge the customer or send an email.
Accepted plans need a later contract
Changes to accepted or live plans remain disabled. A later milestone must define customer consent, immediate charges, cancellation behavior, retries, payment limits and communication before those changes become available.
Customer communication is planned. It is not sent from this local preview.
